The Design Hookup is the creative brainchild of lead Interior Designer, Renee Britton.
We are a dynamic and experienced team that is passionate about considered design and quality. With decades of commercial and residential experience, Renee and her team offer a personable and collaborative approach to every project.
OUR SERVICES ///
Design Consultation.
The initial design consultation takes place at the premises of where works will be completed, or via Zoom, during which we will get to know one another and learn about the details of your future project. We will then collate all information to provide you with a design proposal inclusive of a project brief, design intentions, scope of works, project timeline and fee schedule.
Design fees are project dependent and are quoted following a design consultation.
Interior Design.
(Full Scope)
Our full service covers every aspect of the design process, from concept through to design development and documentation.
We design the complete interior of the project, providing you with rendered images and a fly-through video to help you visualise the intended design – allowing us to work together to refine the finer details before the construction phase commences.
Our design documentation package includes all required floor plans, elevations, lighting and electrical plans, joinery drawings and FF&E schedule.
Once a builder is appointed and we’ve handed over the design documentation package, we will continue to liaise with trades and provide assistance through the construction process to ensure the outcome is as designed.
Design fees are project dependent and are quoted following a design consultation.
Interior Design
(Half Scope)
Our half scope service is for those who aren’t looking for the commitment of our full interior scope – if you are only interested in working on key spaces such as the Kitchen or Bathrooms this service allows you to receive the same deliverables as our full service, but for the areas of your choice.
Design fees are project dependent and are quoted following a design consultation.
While we primarily offer Interior Design and Styling services, we are dedicated to bringing your project to life in all aspects of design, including your exterior selections and landscape design.
